Erste Beurteilung SOLESTAR

Problematik Rennradschuhe: Hier spielt auch die Temperatur eine entscheidende Rolle, längere Fahrten führen zu Schmerzen des Mittelfußgewölbes, sehr unangenehm. Bisher verwendete Einlage ist suboptimal. Die neue Einlage SOLESTAR fühlt sich wesentlich stabiler an, weniger und wesentlich später entstehende Schmerzen, nicht schmerzfrei aber deutlich besser. Wie gesagt hohe Außentemperatur bedeutet auch mehr Probleme. Ich habe die Einlage auch im Indoorcycling eingesetzt und auch hier ein stabilere und angenehmeres Training.

Metatarsal Pain Disappears

Best insole I’ve tried. It felt strange the first few rides. I noticed immediately i had increased power transfer. After about three rides they felt very comfortable. I’ve done several long hard rides with them I did not have any metatarsal pain like I used to.
