Unhappy with a new shoe purchase until I bought some Solestar insoles. Made my feet and mind much happier, not to mention at peace with the shoes.

Bought them by chance with no major expectations. But they have amazed me, taking away all pain from my back, a pain I thought was due to fatigue.

Awesome product! The solestar insoles have given me more confidence, I feel more in control of each pedal stroke and have decreased the feeling of onset fatigue on longer rides. Overall a more enjoyable experience!

Fantastic insole, has some grip to it but not too much. And really bio mechanically works well for me.

These insoles are great. Well made, high quality materials, do the job and fit perfectly, if you have similar height in your arches.
Unfortunately, I don’t and had to return them since they cannot be heat-molded to adapt to one of my very flat feet.

Inserts have helped with toes going numb and Morton’s neuroma pain.

Nearly 50 and have been having problems w bunions. Longer rides were causing pain and numbness in big toe joint. Using Solestar shift my feet in a way that doesn’t cause the bunion pain.

FAQ
Are insoles good for running?
Absolutely, insoles are a game-changer for runners of all levels. Designed to provide enhanced support, cushioning, and stability, insoles can significantly improve your running experience. They help distribute pressure evenly, reduce fatigue, and prevent common injuries such as plantar fasciitis and shin splints. By promoting proper foot alignment and shock absorption, insoles ensure you can run longer, more comfortably, and with greater confidence.
When to replace running insoles?
Replacing your running insoles every two years is generally recommended, but the exact timing depends on how frequently you use them. High-mileage runners or those who use their insoles daily may need to replace them more often, potentially every 6-12 months. Signs that it’s time for a replacement include noticeable wear and tear, decreased cushioning, or if you start experiencing discomfort or pain during your runs.
Are there arch support insoles for running?
Yes, there are arch support insoles specifically designed for running. Our SOLESTAR NEUTRAL RUN insoles provide exceptional arch support to enhance your running performance and comfort. Engineered to cater to various arch types, these insoles help maintain proper foot alignment, reduce the risk of injuries, and alleviate discomfort associated with flat feet or high arches.
