Hatte mit den Standard Sohlen von meinen Giroschuhen immer schmerzen.
Wohlgemerkt benutze ich sie im Fitnessstudio.
Bin sehr zufrieden, benutze sie aber erst ein paar Wochen.
Ich war auf einer längeren Radtour mit dem Cyclocross unterwegs, hatte die solestar Sohlen um die etwas weicheren Radschuhe mit SPD Klicks zu "Versteifen", zum Stadtbummel dann getauscht mit normalen Einlagen. Perfekt mit den Solestar über 100km Radfahren und ohne 20.000 Schritte in der Stadt, so hab ich mir richtige Schuhe in der Packtasche gespart.
Die Solestar funktioniert mit meinen Laufschuhen hervorragend. Sie gibt mir noch zusätzlichen Halt ohne die Dämpfung der Schuhe zu beeinflussen. Gerade für die langen Läufe ist das für mich wichtig.
My 3rd pair of Kontrols and still happy with them. BLKs are too stiff for me and cant use those but Kontrols are trusted partner since several years.
Einfach in die neuen Schuhe eingesetzt, losgefahren und ohne Eingewöhnungszeit direkt wohl gefühlt. Perfekt!

Hatte vorher Probleme am linken Fuß(Metatarsalgie). Mit den Sohlen sind die Probleme(Zehen einschlafen, Schmerzen im Ballen) weg!
