We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SOLESTAR insoles. SOLESTAR performance insoles have a direct effect on your muscles and movement patterns. It may therefore take up to 5 training sessions until your body has adapted to the change.
If you are not happy with your insoles after having used them for this number of rides you may return your insoles at a full refund within the first 6 weeks after your purchase.
Please understand that a refund is only possible under the following conditions:
- the insole may be used, but must not modified (e.g. trimmed or shortened);
- in case you order more than one insole, only one insole can be returned in a used condition;
- an identical product may only be ordered and returned once in a used condition by each customer.

1. If the shipment is sent to a country outside the EU, and the Customer chooses to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer has to choose a standard delivery for his return. The Customer will bear the costs resulting according to § 4 GTC (customs and duty; see below) if they should apply. SOLESTAR reserves the right to deduct these costs from the refund of the purchase price Customer paid.
