Description

Performance Starts with the Shoe

Over the decades, football cleats have become lighter, more responsive, and more specialized. Yet one crucial aspect receives comparatively little attention: the direct connection between the foot and the shoe. The shoes’ original insoles are usually nothing more than a bit of foam rubber for cushioning.

This is exactly where the SOLESTAR KICK Pro comes in. The professional-performance football insoles stabilizes the entire foot through a patented design that extends from the heel to the forefoot. At its core is a highly stable, patented carbon core that reduces unwanted movement inside the shoe and keeps the foot in a controlled position even under high stress.

In this way, the KICK Pro focuses on what is crucial for every movement on the field: a stable foundation for sprints, changes of direction, dribbling, and shooting. The insole promotes better power transfer and more efficient movement while also helping to relieve strain on muscles and joints and reduce the risk of pain and injury. As a result, the football insole delivers improved biomechanics as well as greater control and stability within the shoe.

In designing the insole, special attention was paid to creating an exceptionally thin, football -specific construction to ensure a perfect fit in every football shoe. The slip-resistant surface and the insole's light overall weight make for a high-quality upgrade to any football cleat.

Usage

A Shoe Change Without Changing Brands

The KICK Pro replaces the standard insole of a football shoe and can be used in popular models from various manufacturers. This allows players to stick with their favorite shoe brand and continue using SOLESTAR technology even when switching to a new model.

The Biomechanical Background

One Insole for Different Foot Types

What makes SOLESTAR technology unique is that it can stabilize different foot types and foot positions using the same basic design.

The geometry of SOLESTAR insoles is based on experience gained from many thousands of insoles and more than fifteen years of working with recreational, competitive, and professional athletes. Over this time, SOLESTAR has investigated which stabilization principles work for different feet and under high athletic stress.

The result is a system that does not need to be redesigned for every foot. The KICK Pro is designed to stabilize different foot types and misalignments.

Concept & Production

Developed with pros, made for all football players

Development of the football insole began as early as 2023. SOLESTAR collaborated with players from German professional football and medical experts on this project. A particular challenge was integrating the stabilization technology into modern, narrow-fitting soccer cleats while maintaining the immediate feel for the shoe and the ball.

SOLESTAR’s vision deliberately extends beyond professional football. The same core technology used at the professional level is also available to ambitious amateur and recreational players.
